Q: Where are the presets for the Spider III 15/30/75HD that are mentioned on the packaging?

Q: The manual says holding the tap button can put you in tuner mode. I can't seem to get into this mode.

A: The tuner is not a feature of the 15-watt and 30-watt combo Spiders and the 75-watt head.
