Spider Valve XLR to USB

Hi all - I originally posted this in the "In the Studio" section, apologies for the repetition, but I think I had the wrong place.
I'd like to be able to record, preferably though my SV 112.
Looking through the board there are references to connecting the direct out xlr to another device (mixer of some type), then into a computer. I stumbled across these devices which appear to convert Mic output to USB. Has anyone tried or does anyone know if either of these devices will work with a SV 112 Mk 1?
or
Thanks!
Either one will work, is USB the only option you have to record? The only thing is they are both very limited. If you had an internal card you could just get a small mixing board like these...

just to name a few under $100. Some of these even have phantom power for some serious studio mics! The good thing about these is you can do bass, keys and vocals!

Thanks for the reply and I'll look at your suggestions - I'm a relative beginner and at this point I'm just trying to record (using Audacity) what I'm doing to see if sounds as good as I think it does
. Looked like a quick way to get there.
I had the capability to record when I was using a Digitech modeller, but I was never happy with it connected up to SV so I've dropped it.
Stay in the mix and in the know.
