FBV Shortboard™ MkII.

I have a FBV Shortboard™ MkII.
When I go to Monkey to update the firmware, Update firmware does not show up.
The only item that shows up in the box is software: Monkey 1.32.
I have already updated my Spider IV 75 with all the new stuff. Cool!
Any ideas on why firmware not showing up for the shortboard?
Yes, I do have the shortboard chosen.
Thanks,
Dave
I attached a screen shot of Line 6 Monkey with the shortboard connected.
Sorry - misread your post. Original response deleted (too early in the morning not fully awake).
What OS are you running?
Nick
Mac OS X 10.6.2
Hello,
Unfortunately, Line 6 Monkey 1.32 is not compatibile with Mac OSX 10.6.x (Snow Leopard) just yet. This is why it most likely is not recognizing your connected hardware device.
Of course, please do try all DIRECT USB ports on your computer, in the event that it was a physical connection type that was preventing auto-recognition of your physically connected FBV Shortboard MKII. Hubs are not supported connections with our devices. Many times they will block Monkey from successfully "seeing" or updating firmware or Flash Memory in our USB devices.
We have a target date of March 19th, 2010 to be Snow Leopard USB driver release date.
Sorry for the inconvenience, stay tuned for software updates that will be Snow Leopard compatible as in the near future...

That's odd.
Line 6 Monkey 1.32 works great with my Spider IV. Updated it to 1.51 firmware just fine.
Then I switch over to the pedal, which it sees, & no firmware. Did you look at the above attached file?
Thanks,
Dave
Perry,
Thanks! Your the master.
I went to a computer with Mac OS 10.5.8
and I updated it just fine.
Thanks Again,
Dave
