How to file a support ticket

Can someone point me to the URL where I can file a support ticket?
The FAQ only shows how to see my open tickets (which I have none):

A support ticket can only be assigned to you by a Line 6 support rep like myself after when we decide to resolve a problem you are having via a support ticket.
Can you please tell me the reason that you need a support ticket? If you are having a problem with our hardware, software, or website, please be as specific and detailed as possible.

Hi - I need an admin to reset my account password. My profile email is incorrect, so using the standard online form to make the password request change won't work. I have my original purchase receipt that identifies me as the owner of the account that I can send to you. I'm using this secondary account I just made to file this request on behalf of my primary account.

The link gets me to my support page, but only the following text is displayed:
"You have no history of support tickets"
Is there something else I need to do?

Hi,
I messed up my real account. I had the password stored, but I had to reformat my computer. Now I realized, I not only dont have the password to my account, but the email address is incorrect on my account. I had to open this account to post. Please help, I bought a few tone packs and upgrades and want to get them back. thanks.
