My toneport ux1 is registered but not authorizing a license key for Pod Farm no matter what I do. I could plug it into any USB port I wanted. How do I receive a an activation key? I might have had it once on an older computer that burnt up in a fire but I'm not positive. Please Help
Sincerely

Hello,
http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-4780
TonePort UX1's never came with any Plug-In authorization capability out of the box. You would have had to have purchased a license and installed it into the UX1's hardware chipset using Monkey.
I looked through your account and found your product registered, but no history of ever purchasing the optional Plug-In license. If you want to have that capability, you'll need to buy this license here and install using Monkey: http://line6.com/store/podfarm/toneportux1

Hello,
I've been trying to get Line 6 Ux2 with Podfarm on my new Win7 64 bit. I still have my old PC with all the Line 6 goods. Yes I bought it and it's registered even if this place says I have no purchase history.
Monkey got the update but Podfarm wants to be activated so I came here and checked my purchase information and what a mess. It states I have no purchase history...sure has my serial numbers I registered.
I got Podfarm as a free add-on. Monkey installed it.
So what has to happen to get this working on my new PC? Monkey wants an activation code now that he didn't need the first time around.
And if somebody can help...give me step by step instructions..about one more round and I'm knocking Monkey out.
Thanks up front, either way and I'll be better off.
