Problems with tone controls on bass pod xt

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how I can contact Line 6 and answer my problem? I want to know if the unit is faulty or not.

I must say I am not impressed with the support line.

Well Line 6 look at threads marked as a question, so you will get seen to. Unfortunately you have given no info about your problem

  Sorry posted problem in a different place!
  
  A couple of the amp models on my bass pod xt like the Highway 100 and 200 (other models seem fine) when I edit the tone the hi mid has no effect at all.
  I was wondering if this is normal or not? My pod xt is about 18 months old.
