HELP!!

Just recently, my PODXT PRO has been acting up. As I scroll through presets the sounds are totally different from what the preset originally sounded like. For ex. a heavy distorted preset now sounds clean and clean now sounds distorted. Also, it's clipping like crazy...where before this all happened, I never had that problem before. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
