Waited six months... Still Doesn't work

Well thanks very much Line 6
I waited for months and months for the Snow Leopard compatible drivers.... and guess what? They've made things even worse than before.
Now, without fail every time I launch PodFarm or GearBox I get "No Authorised Device Connected....."
A while back... in the thread that has now vanished (You'll remember, the petition with hundreds of aggrieved signatories..) I had a brief conversation with Line6 Miller about an occasional ocurrance of this issue. He said he would open a support ticket... I asked what the procedure was "what will happen, will you email me or somethig?.." I asked, rather foolishly expecting a reply.... well that was weeks and weeks ago and no such answer was forthcoming.
So, now I've downloaded the fully 'compatible' drivers I've turned my partially functioning (and expensive) device into a totally inoperable one. I wonder what would happen if you said that you were going to set out to deliberately break it - I'd expect nothing short of my house burning down at this rate of success.
Sort it out... the bin is open and the blog postings, letters and petitions have already been written... I will be starting the next round VERY soon.
Utterly disgraceful!
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you are still having connection issues.
I have been keeping a close eye on the forums since we released our latest Mac drivers and so far your issue is the first reported (at least that I have seen).
Have you tried refreshing the POD Farm key in Line 6 Monkey?

Also, have you tried connecting the TonePort directly to other USB ports on your Mac?
Finally, can you please fill out your support profile so I can get a good idea of what your system set up is like? Thanks.

This is NOT the first report of continuing problems with the new drivers. Please don't suggest otherwise, it doesn't help Line 6' already battered credibility.
Oh, and why has this post been marked as answered? I certainly haven't received an answer and I haven't marked the topic as answered. Anyone would think you're trying make things look better than they are......
WELL?????
Any chance of an acknowledgement of any kind?
I've read an re-reead this post and I fail to see where the 'answer' is. So, can I trouble you for it again so that this time I don't miss it.
I still can't launch PodFarm with being told that I have 'no authorised device connected'. I've been telling you this for months and you haven't replied to me with any kind of solution. All you have done so far is tell me that you'd get support to email me (they didn't) and then on a re-posting of my question you tell me that you have answered the question when all you did is make me fill out a form with the same information that I have already submitted several times to no avail.
It is not to much to ask to expect an answer, and I do rather insist that you provide one.
Can I have an answer please?
I don't know how your post got marked as answered. Generally, when Line 6 marks a post, it shows up as Assumed Answered, not Answered. But who knows what goes on behind the scenes? Not me.
In any case, once a post is marked Answered or Assumed Answered, Line 6 support generally ignores it, so if you want attention, you should post a new message and mark it as a question.
They ignore it whatever the status.
