reg woes

I just purchased a demo model from Guitar Center...I can't register the X3 as it says someone else has already registered this item...

I can't d/l the driver...no firmware updates...

what do I do?

This thread is unanswered...I am waiting for staff or someone else who has had this issue resolved to respond...

Wait until Line 6 tech support people return to work next week. They will see this post and respond by mid-week. Have your proof-of-purchase ready - they will want the info.

Meantime, don't mark this question as answered yet - if it's "Answered" they may ignore it.

    Based on past experience I'd say Line 6 will respond today.
    
    You could try calling Line 6 directly at the number you'll find under the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page.
