My M13 signal loss

Hi!
I have an M13 that's doing wonders. Great unit!
Last Sunday, I used it and
upon powering, everything seems normal but I can't get any sound off it.
My route is:
Guitar > M13 Input L > M13 Loop out L > Preamp in > Preamp Out > M13 Loop In L > Mono Out L > P.A.
I tried guitar to PA: OK
Guitar to preamp to PA: OK
I decided not to use it cause it stayed the same even after a few restarts.
This morning I searched through the forum and found some suggestions for troubleshooting this kind of issue.
The only way I can get sound is by True bypass and all effects turned off.
Second setup: M13 Loop Send > Amp
Pre-all: OK, Dry (No FX working)
Post FX1, FX2: DRY
Post FX3, Post ALL: OK (FX working)
Loop OFF: No Sound
I even re-Flashed it using v.2.01 and issue is still present.
I only power it both at home/outside with Furman conditioner.
There is nothing I changed before it went bad a few hours earlier except transport it. Never dropped it at all.
How long does it take before I can get it back if I send it to service ctr? I need it by Sat. pls help!
Bought at GC Pasadena, Oct2009.
Thanks in advance!
Do you get audio w/ effects on by plugging:
guitar -> M13 L/mono in -> M13 L/mono out -> amp input?
If you are not getting processed audio in that manner, even after re-installing the flash, you will need to take it to an authorized service center:

You should contact the nearest service center for info on their turnaround time.

Check your global Noise Gate. Is the threshold cranked to the max? Or do you have a distortion stomp active with the level set to zero?
