when i try to load song from my sd card it beep and kick out it use to work fine before any answer welcome
Did you check the format make sure it's not MP3 ![]()
so now i can save my guitar recording to .wav file and reload them on the amp and work fine but can not read from card if not save as .wav it beeb out, (and dies ) it reset it self to the opening display line 6 spider jam so will get a new sd card and start over thank for the help
The only files your spider jam will read from the SD card are WAV Files and Jam Files. So if your able to upload recordings from your SD card to your amp as a wav file than everything is working as it should and there is no reason to buy a new card.
hi there the thing is the music file im trying to play back are recording made with the spider jam there not download i played them and save it to a sd card that i formated but it will not load them back only if i save them as .wav fie
I would try reloading the firmware again mite cure it
Make sure the SD card is 2Gig or smaller, formatted as fat16, and has a folder called LINE6.
Song files other than the native .jam type should be converted to Wav format 44.100 kHz 16-bit mono and be stored in the LINE6 folder.
Also worth checking that you have the latest firmware for the Spider Jam.
Hope this helps.
Try a different card and let us know if you continue having problems. Make sure the files you are trying to play are in the format that mastic8 provided.
If the problem persists, I recommend re-installing the flash memory on the Spider Jam using the following procedure:
