Tone Port UX1 - Macbook pro

Hi,

 

I'm trying to install my toneport UX1 in my new macbook pro and every time I connect the hardware my computer shutsdown. I have read the threads concerning the snow leopard incompatibility and have installed the so called "official" drivers supposed to arrange this situation. However I still get the same results...

    Hello,

       

      Are you still having this problem?

       

      I'm seeing that you downloaded Gearbox 3.70 at 12:08 PM PST (this version of Gearbox will crash the Mac as it is bundled with older non SL compatible drivers.

       

      At 1:17 PM PST you posted your question here.

       

      At 1:31 PM PST you downloaded Line 6 Monkey 1.33.

       

      At 1:35 PM PST you downloaded the latest "official" Snow Leopard drivers 4.6.8. These are the right drivers for your system.

       

      At 1:43 PM PST you downloaded Gearbox 3.72 (also bundled with the latest supported Snow Leopard driver).

       

       

      So, if you installed everything in this order you SHOULD be all set.

       

      Are you still experiencing crashes?
