TO update your POD X3 Pro's flash memory without an internet connection, you would first need to download the flash memory file from an online computer, and transfer that file to the offline computer.  You can use the update from file option to update the POD X3 Pro with that file.

  To authorize the model packs and POD Farm plug-in to work on your offline computer, you must first authorize it on the online computer, then transfer the authorization file(s) from that computer to the offline computer.
