Problem with my FBV

Dear All,
I ve' just bought an FVB Express MkII to work with a Spider valve MKII 112, They seem to work fine together. As I tried to connect to my computer like described on your web-site and documentation, I ve' got some problems:
1- Upon starting Line6 monkey, It does not have the FBV in the starting connection menu (downloaded al updates). I tried the MIDI connection, no use. Keeps telling that no Line 6 device connected
2- When connecting by Usb cable the tuner leds keep on flashing, but the computer does not recognize the pedal (no messages or any driver installation attempts of any kind).
3- I tried to connect using another program: Spider valve MKII edit. It also keeps telling that no Line 6 device connected).
Kindly HELP
Hello,
The FBV Mk II controllers use a class compliant driver, but you will need to use either Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Mac Tiger (10.4.x), Leopard (10.5.x), or Snow Leopard (10.6.x) with Line 6 Monkey 1.33. If you can give us the following information we can assist you further:

• Line 6 Monkey version installed:
• Line 6 Drivers version installed:
• Line 6 Application (i.e. Riffworks, Line 6 edit, Gearbox) software and version:

General troubleshooting questions (choose N/A if it does not apply):
• Does Line 6 Monkey recognize your device?
• Have you reinstalled the drivers for this device directly from the Line 6 website for your OS?
• Are you connecting directly to a USB port on the back of your computer?
• Have you tried different USB cables and ports?
• Have you shut down all security software/other programs?
• Have you tried to replicate the problem on a different computer?
