Pod farm plug in and Acid Pro 7

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has had any luck running Pod farm as a plug in in Acid Pro 7 ?
I am running X3 pro , windows xp system. Acid pro seems to be working great with no major issues
its just I would like to edit the tones with pod farm. I installed Pod farm from monkey installer. I assume
it installed the version that I am supose to have. I went through acid pro 7 options and slected the pod farm
.exe file as a plug in so it shows up on my lists of plug ins. My problem is when I highlight a track and select
edit with pad farm its starts the program ok, but stops and says unable to find compatible device and gives me a
list of devices. I know that x3 pro doesnt use pod farm as a stand alone device. I thik I might have pod farm configured
wrong. When I select a device it starts the program but I cant seem to figure out how to import the source track from
acid pro 7 into it. I'm sure its something simple I just havnt found the correct settings. If anyone has an idea please
let me know thanks..
Basically I'm wanting to figure out how to edit a pre recorded track with pod farm and save it .
thanks.
You need to have your X3 connected via USB when running POD Farm plugin. The X3 provides the authorization/authentication for licensing purposes.
When using Acid, select the track you want to edit and then assign/activate POD Farm as an audio FX for that track.
This is straight from the POD Farm manual....... doesn't mean it works....
