Hi, i had line 6 metal core i sold on ebay recently, the guy who bought it says the bypass curcuit isnt working but the actual effected sound is.. have you come across this issue before and if so is there anyway that he can get it working again?

I'd like to avoid having to get the pedal back and refunding etc etc if the issue can be resolved..
