I am using a POD XT and I am subscribed to GuitarPort Online. I was using it for 1 year and I was planning to stop my subscription for a while. I thought it would expire in one year and stop but instead of that my credit card was charged automatically which was not good at all because I cannot use my POD at the moment. Is it possible to get a refund and to cancel my subscription for a while? I will come back when I can use this service again. You can see that I have not been using it for quite a while.
