problem with X3 live??

Hi

I have a serious problem with my X3 live.

The display keeps changing very quickly between the tuner and a certain program, when I re-start, it goes to the commands menu but I still can't switch any programs or menus, it seems to have a life of it's own.I recently tried to change the power-supply, the problem is still there, but it's periodically, so from time to time the unit works but right now it's completely locked, I've downloaded and installed all new updates, it still doesn't work?????

Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    This sounds like a faulty unit.

    If you bought it new and it is still under warranty then I suggest you contact your retailer and ask for a replacement unit or ask for this one to be sent back to Line6 for repair.

    Good luck hope you get it fixed.
