Tap feature..

I downloaded the patches that nickmattocks put up on the site which I really like, but the tap feature for the delay seems to be off. Usually the tap light is blinking but it's not in this case.
Anybody know how to turn on this tap feature? I can't figure it out.
Thanks in advance!
go to the settings page and there is a function to set the tap tempo light on/off.
System setup page 2 knob 2.

Ah ha! It was right under my nose and I overlooked it!
Thanks guys!
So the light is on now and blinking as it should, and it changes, but the tap function has no effect on the sound of the delay. It just stays the same.. What am I missing here?
Sounds like the delays were saved with an actual millisecond value for the time parameter rather than a note value. The tap feature only controls parameters assigned an actual note value for the time.
Sure enough they were! Problem looks like it's solved. Thanks!
Taking profit of the "tap" discussions here.... How would you guys deal with the following situation: Let's say I have a rhythm patch, without delays. Than, I have another patch for the solo, with delay. Song starts and I cannot use the tap tempo until I get to the solo... well, solo session comes, and here I am with just an approximate tempo in mind. I may tap when solo is just starting but it just not right to me....
How would you deal with moving from a rhythm to a solo patch (with delay and tap tempo)?
Thanks.
The tempo can be set to be a global parameter on the HD500, so you can tap in the tempo well before you switch patches to go into your solo. Even if you are in a patch without any effects using tap tempo, you should be able to tap in a tempo. The tap is actually setting a BPM parameter. The parameters with note values are tied to this, so as long as the tempo of your solo is the same as the rest of the song, you should be good.
You can set most delays to respond to the Tap button or to be a fixed time. Go to the edit page for the delay - you'll see a setting where you can set the delay to be controlled by the Tap setting or not (fixed). I suspect the particular delay you're talking about is currentyl set to Don't Control. You want to set it to Control.
