hi!i

i have strange problem. I have been using pocket pod since 3 years but this problem appeared few days ago. everything was OK but after last time i've connected pocket pod to USB cable it broke down. I can't hear any sound from pod. Like every guitar effect was silenced. i ve tried to connect it again and load effects once more but it didn't help. it, not a cable fault or guitar or amp. i've checked it and everything works ok without pocket pod. Surprisingly only thing that works is tuner. i can hear clean guitar and tune it. i think something crashed inside like  software. i reinstalled Vyzex but it didn't help like it is something wrong with pocket pod software

i hope there is solution to solve this problem.
