I just bought a UX2.  The Pod farm software that came with it, crashed my Imac, it was a necessity to download Pod 2. BTW - The operation instructions are just awful.   It was told I could upgrade to Pod 2 for free.  After a couple hours of frustration from lack of any comprehensive customer support (page of pretty much worthless info) , it was determined that I need some sort of license number that did not come with this product.  How do I get this number?  At least pod 2 does not crash, that's a good thing.  I'm about an inch away from sending this product back, and sticking with M Audio.  I was told the UX2 works "effortlessly" with Garage band, that's false advertising.  So how does one very frustrated customer get this number?
