I can see in your download history you've been using an earlier version of Vyzex
you've maybe overseen the note in the download page, adverting how to follow the uninstall the previous versions before installing:
"Note: When installing the software, please carefully read the instructions for uninstalling the previous version of Vyzex Pocket POD that is displayed in the 'Information' dialog box."
please add an explanation in english for our Vyzex specialist PsicraftTony
