Hi, My Pod Farm doesn't recognise I've got my Pod x3 is attached via USB even though( it'd being used as a sound card for my FL Studio DAW and Line 6 Monkey reports it is connected. It recognised the x3 before the x3 was sent off to be repaired. (It's had a new 'main board' fitted) I've now attached a screen capture showing monkey + the Pod Farm plugin reporting it can't see the x3 Any ideas appreciated.
How are you trying to use Pod Farm? It works with the X3 only as a plugin to your recording software - it does not work as a standalone application (by clicking on its icon). Gearbox is the standalone X3 editor/librarian.
What you describe is normal and expected behaviour if you are trying to use Pod Farm standalone; it doesn't work that way.
I'm using it as a plugin within FL Studio. I've used it like that before without a problem (Before the X3 got 'fixed'). I've just reinstalled Pod Farm but that didn't help. ![]()
Your Monkey screenshot doesn't show whether or not Pod Farm has been activated. Check that out - you may just need to hit the Activate button beside Pod Farm in Monkey.
The attached screen shot that shows an Activation column doesn't appear to offer me an activation options...
(The first screenshot just seems to show the driver version installed from what I can see)
Am I missing something?
Pod Famr does not have the green check mark under the Activated column, and the error message in the botom pane suggests you need to reinstall it. There is a reinstall button. I suggest you try it.
Thanks - That seems to have got it. ![]()
