POD HD300 buttons not working?

Hi.
I have had my HD300 for a while now. Today when I powered it on, I could not get the lower part of the pod to work. The mode-button is dead and the four buttons to the right of it is also completely dead (Nothing happens when I press then and the diodes is not lit.). Is the the pod in a special mode that I cannot understand or is something wrong with the unit?
Thankful for help.
Johan
A factory reset seemed to fix the problem.
Hey! I know its a old thread, but I have to try..
How did you exactly do factory reset without buttons working??

A factory reset .... I don't think you can ! I think that the buttons must have been partially working to do this, if that is what he actually did.
Unless he flashed the firmware using Monkey. That might have nailed it.
Hi.
AS I tried to explain in my problem description the buttons on the lower part of the pod, for example the mode button and the different channel switches did not respond when pressing them. But following this procedure actually solved the problem: http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-2043
Yeah, thanks guys. Thats what I feared. I simply cant do this procedure. I´ll battle with software updates till my hair falls out. Gladly I can still change presets on-board with the "jogwheel". But no live work for my HD300 currently...
Is your unit still under warranty? Sounds like a hardware issue. You should contact Line 6 for repair/replacement.
