M9 B1,2,3 & A1 Switches Not Working!

Plugged in my M9 today, has been working great however now all the B switches and A1 will not work or light up when pressed.

The A2, A3, Tap switches and model select knobs still work.

I want to try a factory reset however i am unable to access the set-up menu (being located under B1+B2).

Anyone had this problem before?

I just fixed this problem..

Open it up 6 screws on the bottom and 2 on the side, role the plate off.

Inside you have the PC connector cables, and they need to be pushed back in and then Hot Glues if you have.. Use something to bond it BUT be sure it is removable in the future too.

Just did get through fixing this issue.
Mine went wacky and only had two fx working and all attempts to reset failed. Once I opened it up the connector was barley making contact. BTW I didn't have to do any reset either..
