pod HD Pro and volume pedal with midimate

Dear support center

I have a Pod HD Pro and a roctron midimate foot controller.

I connected a volume pedal to the midimate and Pod is not reacting to it.

The midimate is activated to send an Expression Pedal information on midi channel 1.

What CC number should I choose for Volume control?

What assignments should I do to the Pod HD Pro?

I could be wrong, But I do not believe the POD HD Pro can accept CC's, the same as the POD HD500 can't.

BUT Line 6 like to give us extra features, so you should put in a feature request as that documents says so, as I know others have done, and with a little luck Line 6 will give us all a free update including popular features that many users ask for.

When we ask, Line 6 usually gives.

  Rowbi is correct. As things stand the HD Pro will only react to incoming MIDI Program and Bank change messages. I hope that extended MIDI control might be a possibility with a future firmware update, but we'll have to wait until such time as a firmware update which features this is released.
