How to call up a preset on HD Pro using the new Enhanced Midi Control?

How can I setup an external foot controller such as Liquid Foot (not FBV footswitch) to call up presets?
When I used the Pod XT Pro, on the back of the manual there was a list of Midi program changes list and it was very easy to call up:
Pod Channel - Midi Program Changes
1A 0
1B 1
1C 2
1D 3
2A 4
2B 5
2C 6
2D 7
etc.. etc..
etc... etc..
Now with the HD Pro setlist implementation, I'm not sure how it would work out as there will be 8 x 1A, 2A, 3A etc... within 8 different setlists...
In the Midi Assign section on the Pod HD Pro Edit, how would one setup in a way that the preset is controlled by an external controller other than the FBV Footswitch?

I found this in the appendix C of the Advanced Users Guide, but it's not clear to me... It looks like one would need to call up both the setlist and the preset at the same time? not so sure how to go about doing that....
Bank & Program Change Messages
POD HD Pro will respond to incoming MIDI Bank & Program Change messages as follows.
I wonder if they could come up with a table just like this one from Pod XT Pro's Manual.. Can anyone post an example just like appendix B from the Pod XT Pro?
