New guy with new toy

I just got a used PODxtlive. I've downloaded and installed the Drivers and Monkey . Monkey recognizes my POD that is connected via the USB cable.

I would like to load some new tones from the archives but can't seem to figure out how to open the files or transfer them to my POD.

Would appreciate a little education on the proper method for loading new tones.
