Plugged the unit in and all I get is a blank screen with the LCD squares filled in (essentially a lit up black screen).  None of the knobs change anything.  The foot switches don't light up.  Tried holding tap and then the select button and that didn't work.  Essentially dead in the water.  Any help here??????
