I'm sorry to see this happen to your M5. You can try a firmware update. The instructions are at http://line6.com/support/docs/DOC-1632. Otherwise, this unit should go to a service center: http://line6.com/service_centers/. It has a one year warranty; you'd provide a copy of your receipt to the service center for warranty service.
