Noise from guitar cable connection to x2 pack

Ever since I have received my unit I have really bad crackling whenever I am playing my guitar and the cable connection to the X2 pack moves in anyway. This should not happen. I just started playing live and using the unit so I just noticed it.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The cable may be damaged and need replacement. Are you mounting the beltpack on the strap? If is is in your pocket or mounted to your belt you will be putting a lot of extra strain on the cable and eventually it will fail.
