Custom tone problems, "get tone" links not working

Hi, is it me or is the Line 6 site running very slowly? After failing to succesfuly register my product(hd500) online due to server errors , I thought i would download a few tones to fill my usewr slots. Im having real problems in getting the page to load correctly, ie buttons missing or menu just text no graphic. Everytime i click on "get tone" button nothing happens. Ive tried IE and firefox, same problem. Flash all up to date. Any ideas? Is this a widespread problem?

I'm having similar problems with the site too, so I'd wait a while to see if it clears up.
Bit of a pest really - this is the first chance I've had to sit down with my new HD and I can't even access Customtone.
(just have to do it the old fashioned way I s'pose
)

I know this doesn't resolve customtone running slowly, but earlier in the year I collected all of the tones to date for the HD500 and put them in to setlists. Have a look at:

At the top of the post is the most recent, about 1/2 way down there are links to the first ones I did.
I haven't kept up to date with it as to be honest I ran out of time!
At least it will give you a few hundred tones to play with until the site is quicker.
