I have an HD400. As people have stated I recently updated my software including the latest version of Monkey. Now it seems that monkey cannot determine which version of the USB firmware I have and when i attempt to update it states that there is no USB connection when there was a confirmed connection just prior. Is there any developments on a fix to this. Will installing the previous (1.43) version of Monkey fix this? Any info would be greatly Appricated.
Thanks.
Hi,
This is a known issue that we are looking into. If you are experiencing this problem then roll back to version 1.43 and monkey should be able to update firmware in the HD400:
Thanks,
David
