I have an HD500 and i made some changes on a preset that i didn't like. Now i wanna undo those changes back to the last time i saved that preset.
How do i do it?
Once you've actually saved it you cannot undo it unless you have saved it somewhere on your computer, or it is a factory preset.
You cannot get back a single preset. However, you can get back all of the presets by flashing the firmware using Line 6 Monkey. If you want to keep any of the presets that you have created then backup your unit using HD before you do the firmware installation. Then restore the patches that youcreated using HD Edit after the firmware update.
Can I suggest that, if you go this route, that you use HD Edit to take a backup of all presets before you restore the ones that you want. That way you can get them back individually.
Actually, thinking about it, someone apparently created a backup of the presets from Firmware 1.40 here.

Apologies to Line6 if referinng this is somehow in contravention of IPR/Copyright. If so, please let me know and I will remove this reference - or you do it !.
To add to what others have said, if you have saved it you're out of luck apart from re-loading it from somewhere. However, if you haven't saved what you've done, simply switch to another preset and go back to the one you were on. It will be back in its original state.
