Can't Access Presets in Pod Farm 2.51

I need a support ticket please!
I've been reading the support forum comments and clearly my problem is not unique or new.
I downloaded Pod Farm 2.51 iLok as an upgrade from Pod Farm 1. I have a Macbook Pro laptop. My Line 6 profile shows that I purchased the licenses. I successfully deposited the licenses to iLok and synced them with my key. I authorized my computer. I ran the "repair disk permissions" utility on my computer.
The presets show up when I load an amp in Reason 6.0 and select a patch.
However, when I open the Pod Farm 2 application and try to access a preset, the program shuts down.
Appears to be a big and persistent problem for a lot of people. Please help.
Thanks.
IS THIS THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT?
DOES ANYONE RESPOND?
PRETTY FRUSTRATED!
The iLok version of POD Farm 2.5 does not authorize operation of the POD Farm application. The stand-alone version requires either a Line 6 software based key, or a hardware based key.
The iLok version only works with the recording plug-in. Sorry.
Chas, thanks very much for the prompt reply. Pretty disappointing, but at least I will stop pulling my hair out.
Editorially, the Line 6 product folks should consider making this more clear in their product materials, especially now that they are in partnership with Propellerhead. The current materials boast about using POD 2.5 as a stand alone application as well as integrated with a DAW. You don't find out that this means "except if you have the iLok version" until you get to the fine print somewhere in the user manual. Based on comments in the support forum, I'm not the first person who got tripped up by this.
Had I known this, I would have made a different purchase.
