I noticed that my Verbzilla is not working. I plug the instrument cable into the unit and the cable out to the amp and the green led comes on, but the effects doesn't come on. When I turn the mix knob all the way up the sound completely cuts out but when I turn it up a third of the way all I hear is the guitar's tone with no reverb.

Things I did to troubleshoot are:

* I tried turning off the pedal turning it back on; flipping through the effect types; turning the trail on/off button

* Took out the module and put it back in

* Changed the batteries

* Changed the amp

* Changed the instrument cables

* Tried reversing the in/out jacks on the pedal from which the amp/guitar feed

I'm not having any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just purchased this unit within 2 months.
