Perhaps you need to reauthorize your computer? Not sure - but worth a look/try.
Hi Silverhead, I mentioned you earlier but failed to press the right button to answer you ( sorry, I'm still new at this forum thing) I took your advice and deauthorized the old equipment, also updated the License Manager to the version 1.02 which coincidentally '' fix an issue that prevented some OS x users from authorizing models correctly'', but unfortunately I'm still stuck without the FX Junkie Model Pack, don't know if I missed a step or did something wrong... What else can I Try?
Thanks in Advance for your Answer.
When you say it's gone, do you mean you cannot use any of the FX Junkie models with your UX2 plugged in?
Hi Triryche, Yes Sir, I mean after reinstalling PodFarm 2, I don't have the effects like Killer Z, Expo Flange, etc... which are typical of the FX Junkie Model Pack that came with my UX2, everything is plugged in,set and authorized, even with the new License manager v1.02, my Line6 user id and password is the same from day 1, never been changed... ,
Thanks in advance for your Guidance.
.
When you run the Monkey click the add-ons tab. Click FX Junkie to install, this should launch License manager to proceed to the installation.
Try every USB port, also temporarily disable any firewall and anti-virus.
An official Line6 rep or another forum member should chime in soon. If you haven't already, fill out your computer profile in your account. Line6 will need this info if they need to open a support ticket.
and just to be 100% clear, the FX junkie pack you have, did you buy it on its own, or was it bundled with the POD Studio device when you bought that?
If you bought it seperately, did you buy it with the account you are using when logging into license manager?
Cheers
Rowbi
I checked your account and everything is authorized, so you should have access to FX Junkie models. Your picture is of the tones list, while you should be looking for models. Drop down the distortions and you should see Killer Z. Drop down the Mods list to see Expo Flange. If you see them, you have FX Junkie access and can mark this thread answered.
This is Correct, Problem Solved!, Thanks For your Answer! sorry If I caused you guys any trouble with this obvious mistake from my part, don't know why I didn't check the individual lists, This is a great community, Thanks to All Triryche , Rowbi, silverhead ,Line6Tony.
Also, as Silverheads suggested, have you authorized your pc, in addition to the UX2? (It is 2 separate authorizations)
Although I do not think that is your issue.
No prob!!
No worries, you caused no trouble whatsoever, I sorta like the slap myself in the forehead solutions!! ![]()
Had I paid closer attention to your screen shoot I may have caught it.

lol, I didn't read through it all properly as I was short on time, so perhaps instead of posting just a quick 'what's a usual issue I see with licensing' I should have read through it too.
glad it's sorted. L6Tony saves the day once more :-)
yeah, I was too focused on looking at FX Junkie in the License Manager being italicized, indicating a factory add-on.
