POD HD 500 Firmware 1.43 Update: Issues with changing patches

Since I have updated the POD HD 500 firmware to 1.43, the one designed to fix the intermittent high volume events, I have started to see another issue. The issue is that occasionally when I switch patches on the unit, the screen shows that the patch switched, but the sound coming out is that of the previous patch I had loaded. Does anyone else have this problem? This has happened twice in the last week week. It *might* be associated with having the editing software running at the same time. Just wondering. I gig with this thing, and as I was concerned about the high volume events (happened once at rehearsal and ****** my sound guy off!!) I am concerned that the patch I want won't be the one I get when I am starting to play that blistering rock song.

I think that is the most likely explanation. Can you reproduce this without the Editor running?

Having the same issue when using the editor to tweek patches. It wasn't there before the update. Editor also pauses to sync when switching between saved patches in the same set list now when using the buttons on the HD to change them.. Even if the patches are right next to each other on the HD. This slows things down when setting volumes. I've also experienced a change in volume as set and after a save. Sometimes louder sometimes quieter. Weird. I've gone to saving using the HD instead of editor because of this. Still like the editor for the other stuff but it seems slightly unstable now.
