Occassionally, when I tap the switch to exit the tuner on my HD300 I am taken to preset 1A with a label that just says "User preset" (or something similar, can't remember exactly).  If I change presets and change back to 1A the normal preset with it's normal label is there.  I've also had the tuner exit to the preset next to the one I was on when entering the tuner (ie. on preset 1C when entering tuner, on 1D when exiting).

Has anyone else seen this type of behavior?
