Noise with magnetics when using VDI cable

Hi !
I have the same problem as several people on this support forum, like :

http://line6.com/support/thread/71849
But these topics were created several months ago.
I just received my JTV-89 (Korean), that I plug on an HD500, with the analog cable.
I noticed that as soon as I plug the VDI cable (for powering only or to use as sound input), the mag pickups become really noisy. I had to increase the threshold of the noise gate of all my patches.
This is a "white noise" that is quite loud and I don't understand why I get that.
It happens only when the VDI cable is plugged in, as soon as I unplug it, it disappears. No problem if I'm on battery.
If I use a guitar simulation, its volume is greatly reduces.
It seems that it doesn't occur on all the variax guitars, so maybe mine is deffective ? Should I return it to my seller ? Can this be fixed with firmware update or is it a "physical" issue ?
Attached you'll find an audio example.
I created a patch without Noise Gate and with a compressor (to emphasize the issue) and an amp (Blackface I think). Guitar plugged on analog input.
I play 4 times the same note :
- First time : mags + VDI cable plugged in.
- Second time : modeled guitar (lester I think) + VDI cable
- Third time : back to mags + VDI
- Fourth time : mags only, guitar not powered (you'll here the "pop" when I unplug the VDI, just before the note).
do not use simultaneously both analog and Variax outs
