SPIDER IV AMP MODE Question

I have the spider IV amp, and when I turn the amp mode knob, it seems to be stuck in the far left red mode without sound. If I switch to manual mode, I can freely turn the amp mode to any mode.

Switching between all my presets is fine via the pedal board or manually I have no problems. It's just when I'm in my preset amp modes (not manaul setting) and try turning the amp mode knob, it goes to far left red clean and no sound. Is this normal, or am I missing something?

You could try a factory reset - hold the 'A' or 'Clean' button while turning on the power and hold it for 5-8 seconds.  Note this will delete all your customer iser presets, so back them up with Spider Edit first.

A reinstall of the Flash Memory would definitely be the next suggestion, if the system default reset doesn't change the behavior/symptom. You will need an FBV Express MKII or Shorboard MKII to function as an interface/link between the Spider IV amp and your computer.
