I think my UX1 is dead, what should I do?

I tried plugging my UX1 into my laptop earlier and it's completely dead. There's no lights on, no sound, no beeps from Windows. Nothing.

Looks pretty grim so I'm wondering, what do I do next?

  You may also want to try different USB cables, ports or another computer altogether to at least get it to light up. If you can't get it to light up, it's broken. If you get it to light up red, the drivers need to be installed.

    Hi, thanks for the response and sorry it took me so long to reply. I've tried it with a number of different cables in every USB port I have available and the light on the top was just completely dead the whole time and nothing registered on the computer so I'm figuring it's completely broken. ANy advice on what to do from there? (Besides just replacing it)
