having problem with mic inputs. no signal passes thru

Connected my studio mic to mic input 1, and then 2 on my Pod Studio KB37 audio interface/midi controller keyboard, had on phantom power, gains up as well, still no signal passes thru. Configured the software driver for mic inputs, no luck as well. keyboard works well with FL Studio and Ableton Live. Monitor outs are fine. Headphones out is fine. have not tried the instrument or guitar input yet. gotta deal with the xlr inputs first. need help.

Once you configure the Mic inputs to be used within the Line Audio Driver, you will then have to launch a DAW and assign the KB37 as the audio interface for the program. After assigning the KB37 as the audio interface for the DAW, you will have to create an audio track and assign the input to the corresponding mic input from the KB37. Record enable the track to begin feeding the mic input into the DAW.

If you are still having trouble inputing a mic signal, I would suggest to try another mic cable and mic if possible. If possible try using the same mic and cable with another audio interface or mixer to verify that it is working correctly.
