Unfortunately there were never external speaker output jacks implemented in the Spider III (or even the newer Spider IV) 75 watt combo amps.

You could try running a line from the Direct Out (the sound quality may or may not suit your taste) and run that into a power amp that can then drive additional speaker cabinets...
