Line Monkey Dosen't recognize FLASH MEMORY version windows 7

Line Monkey doesn't recognize the flash memory version on my POD HD 400. Wont let me highlight to reinstall it . I've reinstalled everything it would let me, but still wont recognize flash memory version? Windows 7 ....
