Youtube Demo Comparison of Old vs. New Acoustic models in FW 1.8.

I just got the Line 6 James Tyler Variax and it is awesome. They just released firmware update 1.8 with 5 brand new acoustic sounds. I wanted to make this video so everybody including myself can hear the differences between the old and the new. So watch and tell me what you think! Comment and subscribe please!

I definitely like the new models better. I think they have a fuller range in their sound now.

Interestingly, I haven't been able to get a tone I like yet out of the new models, (in fairness, I haven't spent more than a few minutes with each) but I really prefer the new models in your video. Especially with the tone rolled off. It sounds--to these ears--like a well-recorded guitar in a studio, just totally dry and in need of some effects to warm it up.

Makes me excited to play with them tomorrow...

Hopefully this will help for those who haven't updated yet or are undecided about the new sounds. It's obviously really hard to compare them side-by-side, because you can't access those old acoustic model sets anymore once you install the update.
