Did 2.02 change the overall EQ?

Hi all! Yesterday we rehearsed the first time after the update to 2.02. I plugged the HD500 in, not mono, as usual, but stereo with two 1/4" plugs. The sound was terrible . . !!!
First i did'nt know what to do, but then i decided to tweak the eq on the console, which i normally set flat and don't touch. After some more tweaking my patches, changing cabs and some eq it worked ok, but i still was'nt happy with the situation.
The HD is set to Studio/Direct, my actual channel Setting is: Treble 9 'o clock, Mid 3 'o clock and Bass 11 'o clock . . :-(
What are your experiences? How do you set the channel eq?
Just a short resume of what was different on yesterday's rehearsal:
Firmware from 1.4 to 2.02
Connected the HD with two 1/4" cables in Stereo (channels panned L (9) R (3)
Connected a 2nd pedal
Any ideas?
You should try it back in Mono again before you change anything and see if you hear a tonal difference.
Otherwise, Did you do a Global Settings Reset after you updated the firmware? It is well worth it ... a couple of people have reported significant loss in tone after a flash and this has helped.
Details here - you will not lose your presets but you will lose your setlist names. Back your patches up first if you are nervous.
Thanks!
Did a reset (at least i think so; is there no success-message in the display?!) and recalibrated the pedal. Patch names are still there . . sounds like always on my home setup. Tomorrow i'll return to our rehearsal room.
If the reset worked then your patch will default back to 1A on the first setlist (default: 'of Plexi').
Also the setlist names will be reset to default (if you changed them previously).
Stay in the mix and in the know.
