Brian May lead sound on Spider Valve mk2

Got this amp yesterday, seems a great piece of kit but a lot to take in!
I'm trying to get a Brian May lead sound on it asap, have fiddled about to no avail, and I'm running out of time for a gig this weekend, any suggestions at all? There's nothing on custom tone for this amp model!
Not sure if you are aware yet with your new amp but if you download the Line 6 monkey and then update the firmware of your amp to the most recent version you can also get a free upgrade which is called infusion 2.0 or something like that. It contains many more effects and might have a harmonizer or octaver effect which may help in dialing in the tone you want.
I know this probably isn't all that much help in your search, but it is what it is. Good luck.
Edit: There is no harmonizer or octaver in the infusion 2.0 update but there are plenty of new "pedals" that could help mold that sound you are looking for, with the addition of the aforementioned harmonizing effects. Here's what is listed in the update/ugrade--->
Hey SS - are you sure there isn't a harmonizer type effect in the SVII aresenal (not sure if it came with the updates or not)? I know I've ran across this type effect, and I seem to remember reading about how to set up a harmony interval with an effect (maybe it was the octave fuzz I was thinking about)...
Stay in the mix and in the know.
