Factory Add-ons

With the license manager running and my UX1 and laptop authorized, the UX1 has some factory add-ons it says I'm eligible to download but I'm not able to do so: the propellerhead record and the FX Junkie. What I have to do to install the pack and the recording software? I has to be through the License Manager? Because it gives me no option to do so.

You use the License Manager to authorize FX Junkie, there is nothing to download, it just gives you access to it.
These are the effects you should gain access to:

The Propellerhead License is if you already own the software, you can use your Line6 Models in Propellerhead.
