Guitarport Alternatives? Anyone... Anyone?

Just heard that Guitarport Online is closing it's doors! Anybody know of a decent alternative for jamtracks along with tablature, tempo/pitch changing, and effects/amp modeling? I've been using Guitarport since its inception so I haven't had a reason to look around.
where did you hear that?
I received an email, but here's a link from line6:

I'm bummed, I learned a lot from them. Plus, I have quite a library of tracks and lessons.
thanks for the link, i test drove it a while back but was too busy to dig in....
but it was a pretty nice tool... i too am sad to see it go.
So in the announcement they say they are shutting it down do to being unable to compete with similar services. I don't expect Line 6 to help me find these other services but I sure am curious as to what they are. Over the years I've signed up for Guitarport Online for a few months at a time and I'd like to find something similar.
I went from a Tabula Rasa Novice to an Advanced Beginner, which is a lot for me, thanks in large part to Line 6 on-line. I likely really need a comparable alternative to continue to make progress. Any referrals (names, links, etc) to that end ill begreatly apprecaited.
Cheers, Rudy
Man, i just found about this when I went to go 'work with Joe Walsh'. Bam, out of nowhere! I bummed...
Anyone work with Ultimate Guitar much? If so, what say you?
