Pod Xt Live - Amp Control Potenciometer.

Hi guys, I have a problem with my POD XT LIVE, the "presence" knob is not responding correctly, and I need to exchange the potenciometer for a New one.

The real problem is that I Live in AMAZON-BRAZIL, and nobody here have this part to sell me.

I'd like your help to find a place to buy it...ANYWHERE, AMAZON, BRAZIL or US...Coz all I want is to Keep my pod working for all time rest.

  I have tried contact with a lot of service centers, as well the official dealer in Brazil, HABRO IMPORTS, Habro never returned my e-mails and none of service centers have the potenciometer in stock and after almost 2 months, they still don't have the replacement part.
  
  Well, its been realy hard to find and I cannot see a solution to my problem, at least here in BRAZIL, I don't want to buy other Guitar Processor but POD XTL, It's perfect for me!!
  
  ..but I cannot keep it this way and I can see noone here can give me the support I need now.
  
  It's been very frustrating because it's not a BIG THING, a BIG PROBLEM, can you imagine if was it??
  
  I guess you're my only hope.

    i had a pot go bad on my xt. those guys sent me a part quicker than **** through a goose. alas it was the wrong part. i needed a dual pot. all i did was contact them and it was straightened out in a flash. needless to say, i had the same problem as you with my service center AND I'M IN THE STATES!
